"Cosy little cinema, once you survive the bar queue"
I actually really liked the vibe here, it feels way more relaxed and cosy than one of those huge, soulless cinemas. The seats were comfy, the place had a nice warm atmosphere, and it made the whole night feel a bit more special. The bar was busy before the film, because apparently everyone had the same brilliant idea at the exact same time, but aside from that it was a good night out.

"Decent enough, but felt a bit impersonal"
The staff I did speak to were friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. The cinema itself was just okay though, nothing really stood out or felt special. My main gripe is that so much of the experience felt like there was barely any human contact, which made it all feel a bit cold and impersonal. It was a decent visit overall, but I’m not sure I’d be rushing back

There was a noisy crowd when I stayed, I think it was on the Friday night, or maybe Saturday, I can’t quite remember. It took a little while, but the staff did eventually sort it out, so it was handled okay in the end.

"Great cinema, but the pre-film wait is a bit much"
I do like Everyman — the seats are really comfy and the staff are usually friendly, so the overall vibe is good. That said, the ads and trailers went on way too long. We booked for a specific time, but the film didn’t actually start until ages later. It’s not a dealbreaker, but when you’re settled in and ready to watch the movie, it does get annoying. Solid enough experience, but 3 stars from me.

"I usually stick with this cinema chain…"
I usually stick with this cinema chain because it’s kind of my go-to, so I almost feel bad saying this, but this visit was average. The cinema was mostly clean and the seats were comfortable enough, but the floor near my row was a bit sticky, which wasn’t great. The toilets could’ve done with being checked more often too. Nothing was awful, and I’d probably still come back because I do like the brand, but I left feeling a little disappointed this time.

I do really like Everyman overall, the seats are super comfy and the film experience itself is usually spot on. But the food and drink prices felt a bit ridiculous on my last visit. I grabbed a small snack and a drink and ended up paying way more than I expected, which took the shine off the whole thing a bit. When I mentioned it, the reply was basically along the lines of “our prices reflect the overall experience,” which I get to a point, but it still felt over the top. I’d definitely go back to watch a film, but next time I’ll probably eat beforehand.
"So Convenient After Work"
I really like how easy it is to get to my local Everyman. It’s right near the station, so popping in after work doesn’t feel like a whole mission. i almost wonder if they picked the spot knowing people would decide last minute on the way home, because it makes a spontaneous cinema trip actually doable for me

"Refund came through, but something felt a bit off"
I had to cancel my booking, and to be fair, the refund did come through eventually. But something felt a little off with the process. It wasn’t very quick, and I ended up having to contact support once just to see what was going on. They were polite when they replied, but the responses were a bit slow. Overall, not a terrible experience, but cancelling tickets could definitely be clearer and easier.

"Felt let down"
I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to have a decent selection. The film choices were limited, mostly just the same big releases you can find anywhere, with hardly any smaller or more interesting stuff available. I expected a lot more.

Went to Everyman and, the seats were a highlight. They were super comfy, loads of space, and I didn’t leave feeling all stiff like I usually do after a normal cinema trip. I could actually sit back, relax, and enjoy the film properly. Would definitely go again just for the seats tbh.

"Really easy to book on the app"
I’ve used everymancinema.com and the app a few times now and it’s been really straightforward. Picking seats is clear, the tickets appear quickly, and I’m not having to tap around forever just to find film times. The app runs smoothly for me too. Weirdly, I always remember that the seat map loaded faster than my kettle boiled one night, which made me laugh. Overall, just a simple, hassle-free way to book.

Tickets are kinda expensive compared to some other cinemas near me, but I don’t feel like I’m getting totally ripped off. The seats are nicer and the overall vibe is better, so I can justify going once in a while. I just wish they had more midweek deals.

I had a good experience here. Wheelchair access was straightforward, and the staff helped out without making it feel like a big production, which I really appreciated. Weirdly, I still remember there was a tiny squeaky spot near the entrance, but everything else was smooth and easy.

"Cold screen made me lose a bit of trust"
Went to Everyman last weekend and the film was good, and the seats were as comfy as expected. But the screen was just too cold the whole time. I even kept my jacket on and still felt uncomfortable after a while. It wasn’t absolutely freezing, but it was enough to take me out of the film, which is frustrating when you’re paying for a nicer cinema experience. I mentioned it to the staff and they were polite, but nothing really changed, so it did make me lose a bit of trust that they’ll actually deal with issues when you raise them. I’d probably go again, but I really hope they sort the heating or air con because it put a bit of a dampener on the visit.

"Seats Disappeared After Checkout Froze"
I was trying to book my seats, but the payment page froze right at the worst moment. When I refreshed, the seats were just GONE. Super frustrating because I thought everything was basically done.

The gift card worked fine, but using the voucher online was a bit of a hassle tbh. Took me a minute to figure it out, but it got there in the end.
